Browser tools
The scorebook stores names, optional target and hand entries in this browser’s local storage. It does not upload them. Reset removes the saved record after confirmation. Exported CSV files are separate files. The contract calculator runs locally and does not save its inputs.
Enquiries
The PHP contact form stores name, email, message and submission time. Administrators can review, edit and delete enquiries. A salted IP hash supports rate limiting. The operator should publish real contact details and a retention policy before opening public submissions.
Sessions and external services
PHP sessions support administrator login and form protection. Google Maps loads after a visitor clicks, if the operator configures a real location. Analytics is disabled by default. If enabled, this policy must describe the actual setup and any required consent handling. External destinations have their own policies.
