This calculator follows ordinary team contracts in Pagat’s basic partnership account, with the ten-bag penalty enabled. It does not cover Nil, Blind Nil, zero contracts, Joker variants, special bonuses or custom penalties.
Use an agreed result
Enter one team’s contract, tricks won and bags carried before this hand. A valid result is a calculation for that team, not validation of an entire deal. Record the confirmed net change in the manual scorebook.

No Nil or special bids. Bid must be 1–13. This model deducts 10 × bid when the contract fails. Do not use it for a zero-on-failure version.

The model behind the result
A made ordinary contract earns 10 × bid plus one per overtrick. A missed contract loses 10 × bid. Every ten accumulated bags deducts 100; any remainder carries forward.
Illustration: bid 4, win 6, carry 9 bags. The change is 40 + 2 − 100 = −58, with 1 bag remaining.
